Role: Creative Lead / Motion Designer Client: Henley Festival Type: Live Event Content / LED Sculpture / Water Projection

Brief To enhance the festival experience with dynamic, event-wide digital content that communicated real-time programming, sign posting, atmosphere, and tone across multiple touchpoints.

Contribution and Approach I led the design and creative direction for a suite of seamless looping video assets used throughout the festival grounds. This included dynamic messaging linked to real-time event scheduling to help audiences stay informed and oriented.

I also directed the creative development for the LED Welcome Archway, designing motion content that responded to the festival’s rhythm and visitor flow. Additionally, I produced bespoke visuals for a water-screen projection, blending ambience with large-scale spectacle.

The system was designed so content could be refreshed and extended year-on-year; the solution was successfully re-implemented and updated for Henley Festival in the following year.

Outcome • Strengthened festival identity through cohesive visual language • Delivered multi-format installation content across LED, projection and site displays • Recommissioned for the following year due to strong audience and client response
