Christian Dior

Role: Creative Technologist Client: Christian Dior / Harrods Type: Projection Mapping / Experiential Retail Installation

Brief As part of Dior’s high-profile Christmas takeover at Harrods, the team was tasked with projection mapping onto three intricate miniature “gingerbread” sets representing key locations from Christian Dior’s early life.

Contribution and Approach I contributed to the design and projection-mapping execution for the miniature scenes, working closely with the wider creative and technical team. My responsibilities included preparing mapped content, refining compositions, and ensuring accurate alignment across the finely detailed physical models.

The creative challenge was achieving a delicate balance between festive theatricality and brand heritage, all while projecting onto highly textured, small-scale surfaces. I helped adapt the content for the materials, scale, and viewing angles within the Harrods environment.

Outcome • Delivered a visually charming centrepiece admired by visitors during the Harrods Christmas season • Contributed to a widely photographed and shared installation that reinforced Dior’s brand storytelling • Recognised internally for precision mapping and seamless integration with physical craftsmanship
